Chad Bacastow, RBLP-T

Owner and Founder

Chad Bacastow is a combat veteran with 20 years of service in the Marine Corps, spending 12 years as an enlisted Marine and 8 years in the Warrant Officer ranks. His passion for teaching and coaching started when he began instructing junior Marines and Soldiers during their entry-level technical school and it developed further when he was assigned as a Marine Corps Drill Instructor, introducing recruits to the concepts of teams and leading by example.

After multiple combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, Chad retired from active-duty service and continued to support the Marines as a government contractor before moving his family to New Hampshire. Working in the defense industry as a Program Manager, Chad has been given the great privilege to lead teams and positively influence organizational culture.

Chad completed his undergraduate degree in education and training in 2017 from the University of New Hampshire (College of Professional Studies) and his master's degree in leadership from UNH CPS in 2018. Chad taught for RBLP as an adjunct instructor during 2020 and 2021. He is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association, received the Bronze Star for actions in Iraq, holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Resilience-Building Leader Professional Trainer (RBLP-T) certifications, and was a contributor to the graduate-level leadership textbook (Cultivating Your Leadership Capabilities).
